Cancellation Policy
Please contact Anais directly via text for cancellations/rescheduling within 24hrs of scheduled appointment. Appointments that need to be adjusted or cancelled the same day of the appointment will have a $30 fee added to your appointment. Availability for the same day is NOT guaranteed, and will be rescheduled according to availability. No fee applies if cancellations or changes need to be made 24hrs+ prior the appointment, and are also granted based on availability.
